Meet Our Team

Alison Spiriti
Co-Founder

Alison is a seasoned leader in live entertainment, with a career spanning touring, management, and producing across a wide range of genres. In 2014, she co-founded Right Angle Entertainment with her business partner Justin Sudds, launching a company focused on creating innovative live experiences that connect artists, influencers, and brands directly with audiences.

Before founding Right Angle, Alison was Senior Vice President of Live Nation Theatrical, where she programmed Broadway series across North America. She previously served as President of AWA Touring, guiding tours for iconic productions such as The Phantom of the Opera, Green Day's American Idiot, A Chorus Line, Dreamgirls, and Nickelodeon's Dora the Explorer Live, among many others.

Early in her career, Alison worked at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), an experience that profoundly influenced her artistic sensibility. Immersed in international and alternative theatre, dance and opera, she developed a lasting belief that live performance can be transformative, not just entertaining.  Alison has also served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals.

Justin Sudds
Co-Founder

Justin Sudds is a live entertainment veteran with more than 25 years in the business—and still feels energized by the magic of a great live show! His career began producing shows for major universities and casino venues across Canada, where he learned early on what makes audiences show up, lean in, and come back for more.

After spending over a decade at The Feldman Agency as a buyer, talent manager, agent, and producer, Justin found his sweet spot in building unforgettable live experiences and innovative touring models. In 2014, he co-founded Right Angle Entertainment to keep pushing the boundaries of what a live show can be. Today, through collaborations with television and film studios, artists, performers, digital creators, and world-class leaders, his work continues to attract new audiences—and gently challenge the idea that live entertainment has to follow the old rules.

RObin

Robin began her career at booking agencies representing post-punk and ’80s hair bands, an education that doesn’t come with a textbook. She went on to hold booking and programming roles with major presenting companies, venues, and production companies, building a reputation for having a keen understanding of how shows actually come together. At Right Angle Entertainment, she brings a true 360° view of live entertainment, spanning booking, programming, engagement management, touring operations, and general management. From intimate engagements to large-scale productions, Robin is a key force behind making live experiences work onstage, backstage, and everywhere in between.

JOe

Joe has produced and managed tours for 20+ years, ranging from musical theater and live bands to improv comedy and interactive experiences. He counts himself lucky to have worked with everyone from developing talent and lifelong road dogs, on busses, flights and ships around the world. At Right Angle, he most recently launched the first national tour of Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol.

Christine

Christine began her theatrical career at the tender age of 5, when she starred in Mrs. Morris' Kindergarten Circus. She has been dazzling audiences onstage and off ever since. She is proud that she gets to combine her passion for numbers, and her love of the arts to help Right Angle Entertainment bring live theater to audiences nationwide. She lives in Los Angeles with her cat Toby.

JOHN

John has spent 35+ years in the touring entertainment world, wearing just about every hat—producer, presenter, agent, and venue manager. He’s also an entertainment attorney, which means he knows the deals as well as the drama. Based in South Florida, he brings real-world experience and sharp instincts to the Right Angle Entertainment team.

Tom

Tom is a London-based producer and creative strategist working at the intersection of non-traditional touring, immersive experience and hospitality. He is the driving force behind The Magician’s Table, London’s acclaimed close-up magic and cocktail experience that has become a standout in the city’s experiential scene and now international mega-hit. Tom began his career at ITV, followed by a 10 year period at Endemol Shine where he built the companies first live events division, which evolved into the production company Cut & Mustard, where he helped pioneer the digital talent touring industry.

Across his career he has produced major national and international tours and experiences including the DanTDM arena tours, KSI’s first music tour, The Hunted Experience, The Blindboy Tour and both Jay Shetty’s world tours. His work is defined by blending theatrical thinking, audience interactivity and commercial strategy to create formats that scale across venues, cities and markets while remaining intimate, human and memorable.
